GALVANIZED STEEL COILS

Galvanized steel coils (also referred to as zinc-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel, cold-rolled galvanized steel, or zinc-plated sheets) are steel sheets coated with a protective zinc layer through the hot-dip galvanizing process, which significantly enhances corrosion resistance and extends product lifespan. At present, galvanized steel coils are commonly classified into 2 main categories: hard galvanized sheets and soft galvanized sheets, depending on mechanical properties and intended applications.

• Applicable standards: JIS G3302 (Japanese Standard), ASTM A653 (American Standard), AS 1397 (Australian Standard), BS EN 10346 (European Standard).
• Thickness range: 0.20mm + 3.2mm.
• Common thicknesses: 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.22mm, 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, 0.37mm, 0.40mm, 0.42mm, 0.45mm, 0.47mm, 0.48mm, 0.50mm, 0.52mm, 0.58mm.
• Profiles: 13-wave ceiling profile, 5-wave square profile, 7-wave square profile, 9-wave square profile, and flat sheets (available in coil or cut-to-length form)
• Manufacturing technology: Most galvanized steel products are manufactured using NOF (non-oxidizing furnace) technology, ensuring uniform zinc coating and superior surface quality.
• Sheet width: 400mm + 1800mm
